I have frequented and purchased many cleaning supplies from Vacuum Plus in Welland well over a decade and have always appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of this husband and wife team. I very recently had to deal with issues with my central vac. I am so grateful to Brad, owner, who came to my home in a timely manner; diagnosed the problem and made important repairs which involved finding and correcting specific wiring which, in repairing, may have impacted my home negatively if it weren’t for his thoughtful and careful -well respected -expertise. In addition, I decided to upgrade my system to a Cyclovax Quartz purchased and installed by Brad. Wow! What a difference! I am a very happy customer and pleased to have made this decision to upgrade my central vac. Great price...best around in fact. Also great support. Brad was extremely helpful troubleshooting and fixing a noise from the wheels on the vacuum power head.
