Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $14.99 on orders under $100 (before taxes), and free shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes) within Canada.

Flat rate and free shipping are not available for the following regions and shipment types. Shipping for these orders will be calculated at checkout:

• Yukon
• Northwest Territories
• Nunavut
• Oversized or freight shipments
• Select remote locations

Orders ship via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or Canpar at our discretion.

Processing & Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days

Rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Signature Requirements

A signature is required on all orders over $100 and for deliveries to apartment or multi-unit buildings.

If a signature cannot be obtained, the courier may attempt redelivery or redirect the shipment to a designated pickup location.

In these cases, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package.

Delivery Attempts & Pickup

If a delivery attempt is made and a notice is left, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Failure to accept or retrieve a shipment may result in the order being returned and subject to shipping charges and restocking fees.

• We ship within Canada only
• Remote areas may require additional charges
• Oversized or freight shipments may require additional shipping fees
