Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories
  • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Electrical components and repair parts
  • Cleaning products (detergents, solutions, etc.)
  • Special order or non-stock items

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchase.

Many parts are not returnable once opened or installed. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected and will be processed back to the original method of payment.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not picked up, outbound shipping charges will be deducted, return shipping charges will apply, and a 20% restocking fee may also be applied.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
